Job Description
- Training and facilitating in mainstream programmes to empower and equip youths of various profiles, e.g. – leaders, youth-at-risks, etc.
- Mentoring, befriending and facilitating small groups in delivering learning content, including, service-learning/ values-in-action, leadership modules, lifeskills, etc.
- Play pivotal roles (rotating) in varied projects, requiring adept project management skills, including:
- Pre-programme planning and preparation in areas such as, programme design, volunteer management, stakeholder coordination, programme materials, etc.
- Executing and managing multiple projects, playing roles in facilitation, hospitality, training, media, etc.
- Post-programme processes and follow-up in areas of report generation, data analysis, administration, and knowledge management
