Job Description

DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare client meetings with ad-hoc presentation decks supported by extensive research on client
  • Support the business development team in crafting customized client proposals to match their specific needs
  • Be responsible for the campaign set-up and execution to satisfy clients expectations ie. meet agreed deadlines and achieve campaign reach targets
    • Manage Try and Review Facebook and Instagram posts for Thailand market
    • Be the first point of contact for testers from Thailand by email via our customer service online portal (Zendesk)
    • Manage Thai website content: product/brand selection, product page creation, brand page creation
    • Manage test campaigns for the Thai website: Test page creation, Testers selection, Campaign logistics
    • Create daily eDMs with Mailchimp
    • Manage campaign budget
  • Perform post-campaign data analysis from data collected during campaign and reports production


REQUIREMENTS

  • Thai (mother tongue) & English (fluent) required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Facebook and Instagram expert
  • An organized person with good attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle several projects at once
  • Enthusiastic, positive mindset and willingness to learn and contribute
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
