Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to strengthen our sales operations. In this role, you will assist with customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, support outdoor sales staff with administrative and logistics tasks, and follow up on sales to help achieve targets. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing accurate product and sales information

  • Prepare sales quotations and documentation to support business operations

  • Assist outdoor sales staff with administrative and logistics tasks to facilitate sales activities

  • Follow up on sales leads and orders to contribute to achieving sales targets

  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high service standards

  • Demonstrate a proactive learning attitude and collaborate effectively within the team

  • Communicate courteously and professionally to uphold the company’s reputation

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience, or a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and team-focused approach

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up efficiently
