Trio-Tech International was incorporated in 1958 in the United States and is headquartered in Van Nuys,California.
We operate our business in five segments: manufacturing, testing services, equipment distribution, real estate and fabrication services. Geographically, we operate in the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and China.
We operate six testing services facilities; one in the United States and five in Southeast Asia. We operate two manufacturing facilities: one is located in the United States and the other one is in Southeast Asia.
In 2007, we set up a subsidiary in Chongqing which generates income from real estate investments.
• Responsible for providing effective secretarial/administrative assistance to senior management staff
• Responsible for liaising with internal departments for preparations of documentations.• Record and prepare minutes for meetings and compile records of all such minutes in compliance with SOX requirements
• Responsible for circulation of board resolutions and supporting documents
• Coordinate and liaise with overseas offices on administrative duties
• Involved in department ad-hoc projects and other general administrative work
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess a minimum of an A'/O' Level
• 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Candidate with more years of experience will be considered for the Executive role.
• Possess experience in Corporate Secretarial and legal matters will have an advantage
• Have Excellent command in English and mandarin both written and spoken as will have to liaise with China subsidiaries.
