Job Description

Accounts Executive - 2 Months Contract (Part-time / Full Time)

  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Reconciliation against vendor’s statement of accounts (SOA)
  • Verify the accuracy of data input by logistic/sales team and ensure that no missing data or attachment
  • Validate expense claim to ensure compliance with the T&E policy
  • Ensure expenses are correctly authorised, documented, reported, and reimbursed
  • Perform bank reconciliation on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Prepare AR and AP Schedules on a monthly basis
  • Assist Finance Manager with month end closing process
