Job Description
The Operations and Marketing Intern is involved with the administrative and coordination of the business operations, events and marketing efforts!
Your Role
- Represent Trehaus as the front of Haus ambassador; ensuring conducivenes co-work space for members and guests
- Connecting members with the community and resources
- Assist with business operations, marketing efforts, and facilitation of community events and workshops
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with membership sign-up and orientation process
- Represent Trehaus as ambassador of the business
- Coordination of events and parties in the co-working space
- Host members and guests to make them feel welcomed, and attend to enquiries when necessary
- Assist Marketing Lead with digital marketing and marketing efforts
- Research and represent useful information on current trends and community centered activities
- Assist with CRM management
- Other administrative duties
