Travelodge is a well-established international midscale hotel brand with a network of close to 1,000 properties worldwide.
Headquartered in Singapore, Travelodge Hotels Asia is responsible for the development, management and franchise of all Travelodge hotels in 22 key markets throughout Asia.
The launch of Travelodge Kowloon in Hong Kong in January 2017 marks a first strategic step and key milestone for Travelodge Hotels Asia. The company, owned by Singapore-listed ICP, has plans for expansion in other Asian countries including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan within the next few years.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the prospective Intern will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing activities for the Brand and its respective hotels.
Content Management
Manage Travelodge’s website CMS and OTAs to ensure all web content are updated and accurate in all languages
Email Marketing
Research and craft engaging content for the Brand and the hotels with the right target audience in mind for email-marketing
Social Media
Execute social media content on key social media channels such as Facebook / Instagram
Traditional/Online Media
Be involved in the design for all traditional marketing channels such as brochures, collaterals and print ads according to Brand’s Graphic Standards and Visual Identity Guidelines
Be involved in the design all artwork for website, social media and e-mail marketing
Projects
To undertake any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that contributes to the overall Brand Website’s revenue and Brand Image
