A detail-oriented and motivated sales admin intern or student to support our sales and operations team by gaining hands-on experience in sales coordination, CRM tools, and business administration while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
To provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales Team
To prepare reports and other documents as required by the Management
To liaise and coordinate with the sales partners for sales support tasks
Prepare claim such as buyback claim, withholding claim and distributor rebate claim
Upload monthly product price list
Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Comfortable in handling huge data with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Sheets
Familiar with some basic Microsoft Excel formulas and usage such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table and etc
Willingness to learn and contribute to a team
Positive attitude and ability to work independently
