Job Description

Join TP-Link’s dynamic e-commerce team to manage online sales channels, run marketing campaigns, and analyze performance data. Gain real-world experience in digital marketing, sales operations, and cross-team collaboration within a leading global tech brand.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing online sales channels (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, etc) and ensure accurate product listings
  • Coordinate and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales activities
  • Monitor store performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, sales) and prepare regular reports
  • Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategies to improve sales performance
  • Support customer engagement by handling queries, reviews, and feedback professionally
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align e-commerce strategies with business goals

 

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and online consumer behavior
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with online store management tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
