[Immediate Start] Marketing Intern
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm (One-hour lunch break included)
Work Arrangement: Remote (WFH) / On-site
As a Marketing Intern at Tongle, you will play a key role in supporting our brand, digital presence, and outreach efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, create content, and track engagement across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Assist in producing engaging content for social media, newsletters, blog posts, and marketing materials.
Social Media Management: Help plan and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Monitor analytics and suggest improvements.
Campaign Support: Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
Design Assistance: Collaborate with the design team to produce visuals for campaigns (basic design skills preferred).
Event Support: Assist in planning and promoting webinars, workshops, or outreach events.
Reporting: Track and compile performance metrics across platforms to support strategic decision-making.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Take on additional assignments to support the marketing team’s goals.
Qualifications:
Immediate start with a one-day probation
Applicant must be a Singaporean or a Permanent Resident
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields
Strong writing, communication, and creative thinking skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite)
Self-motivated and organised, with an eye for detail
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Candidates with longer commitment periods are preferred.
