- Job Description
The Role
- Coordinate with Consultant, Architect and Authorities for site matters
- Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide reports and daily activity updates to management
- Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion
- Assist to evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at site (Technical matters)
- Assist to apply vehicle permit and sub-contractor work pass
- Performs any other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-6 months commitment, 6 months preferred
- Fast and willing learner, able to multitask and highly motivated
- Independent, communicative and proactive team worker
