Titan Capital is actively screening and evaluating investment opportunities, as well as structuring various corporate finance deals for its clients. We are currently seeking an Investment Associate whose main role will be to conduct financial analysis and evaluate the viability of our deals.  Based in Singapore, successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn more about the buy-out and deal-making business from industry veterans, and meet with the successful business owners or experienced C-suite executives.

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Evaluate new investment deals/projects to assess financial feasibility, risks and key business drivers
  • Participate in execution of private equity deals
  • Undertake due diligence on business and financials of the target companies
  • Prepare investment memorandums and presentations
  • Develop financial models to evaluate returns, and perform scenario and sensitivity analysis
  • Perform industry analysis and research
  • Identify new investment opportunities

Requirements:

  • Preferably has 2-3 years of experience in an investment or corporate finance firm. We would also consider candidates with several years of work experience with a major accounting firm and exposure to corporate M&A transactions and due diligence
  • University graduate majoring in Finance or Accounting; Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA or CFA would be desirable
  • Highly analytical, strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
  • Additional language proficiencies would be desirable 
  • Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
