Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations
  • Lead and supervise retail staff on daily operations
  • Responsible for stock control, inventory management and stock accountability
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Preform housekeeping duties and display arrangements
  • Promote brand and products
  • Other Ad-hoc duties
  • Maintain good customer relationship
  • Reconciles daily sales
  • Prepares monthly reports
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of store

Requirements:

  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays with shift duties
  • Candidate with relevant retail sales experience preferred
  • Service and sales oriented
  • Able to start immediately
