Thryft – Content and Brand Marketing – Photography & Videography (Internship)

Overview

As a Content and Brand Marketing intern specialising in photography and videography, you will produce engaging videos for our TikTok channel and creative product photographs for our sites and social channels. During the internship, you will also work closely with the team members specialising in other areas of content to coordinate photography requirements and work on product photoshoots for our product catalogue. As part of the Marketing team, you will also brainstorm and develop concepts together with the team to better engage with our community.

What you'll be working on:

• Develop fresh video concepts and film videos for our TikTok channel.
• Brainstorm and work on creative product photography ideas for our social media channels and sites.
• Keep up with social media, videography and photography trends to deliver relevant and timely content for our community.
• Track and analyse engagement rates of the content to better serve relevant and useful content to the community.
• Ideate and discuss innovative concepts with the Marketing team for content, community events and activities.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum commitment of 3 months (full-time).
• Creative and innovative, willing to experiment and try new ways of doing things.
• Passionate about photography and videography, with experience in personal and/or external projects.
• Enjoys planning and discussing concepts for video and photoshoots.
• Strong visual communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, brand-focused and customer-obsessed.
• Passionate about building communities, sustainability, literature or anything Thryft.
