The team of experienced and fun-loving facilitators conceptualized and designed new programmes to merge fun and learning all at one attraction.
Tasks
Provide general administrative support (e.g. data entry, answering phones, taking messages
Draft emails/simple letters (e.g. to colleagues, customers/clients)
Provide customer service
Perform housekeeping (e.g. maintain cleanliness)
Manage POS System and cash/card sales
Conduct brief on equipment usage and safety points
Co-cordinate sports, recreational activities, an in house robotics classes for kids
Assist with preparation leading to an event/competition/activity
Communicate with clients/participants during the event/activity
Assist in the setting-up and tearing-down of the event/activity site
