We’re a startup creative agency made up of bright, optimistic people with ideas, opinions and the drive to make things happen - a handful of very talented graphic designers, copywriters, planners and digital experts that are scattered all over the world but still working together seamlessly on projects. This unique mix of talented and colourful personalities working together on exciting and varied projects is what makes being part of The Teeth such a unique experience.
Everyone in our team has done their fair share of stints with international creative agencies and we’re rammed full of ideas to develop and enhance brands, both old and new, with the goal of connecting with our target audiences’ hearts and minds at each and every touch point. We come from a multitude of backgrounds with a wealth of expertise that bridges disciplines and industries — including integrated advertising, branding and design, sonic branding, shopper marketing, website design and social media management.
Who we are looking for?
An ambitious, lean and hungry Graphic Design Intern with a passion for delivering great work.
We believe in professional and personal growth so you will be mentored, given key responsibilities and involved in the creative process from strategy, conception through to the design and production of creative ideas.
Our intern will need to:
- Partner up with our creative director / designers to brainstorm concepts.
- Create and produce visuals and final artwork for standard print media.
- Juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay current on visual design techniques and software tools.
- Offer input during meetings and share ideas/opinions.
- Be prepared to continually aim for higher design standards.
- Have the willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.
- Be a great team player with a can-do attitude and comfortable working in a highly flexible, agile and collaborative environment.
- Help with administrative tasks.
A good knowledge of the following tools are required:
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Keynote (nice to have)
- Mailchimp (nice to have)
