The Summer Acai – Business Development Intern

Our ideal Business Development Intern is one that is eager to learn, interested in enjoying Acai sampling across all our outlets and to do what it takes to produce positive experiences for all our customers in our Summer Acai stores. We are seeking the special one who is devoted to their personal development, and are able to see the value creation during the opportunity that is given to them, regardless big or trivial matters.

Experience. Build your resume and experience with a up and coming start-up to find out what it takes create structures in the F&B industry.

You will work directly with Operations & Marketing managers and to collaborate and brainstorm on ideation of marketing plans & campaigns and be prepared to roll up your sleeves to assist in the many different operations of a fast growing company. 

You should be able to commit throughout this internship but we flexible on our working hours too (it can be 9am or 10am, so long work is produced, why not?) 

• Content creation, creative & copywriting - Brainstorming of ideas, EDMs, business development & structuring social media and marketing planners, assisting to create marketing campaigns with major outreach partners (Grab/Foodpanda/Deliveroo) (Shopee , Burple, Fave) for coupon flash deals, with clear direction and duplicating marketing activities among different platforms. 

• SOP creation/ T&D to staffs - We want our bowls served to be consistent across all our outlets, and this will take a huge coordination by communicating with our summer crews and even our customers. You will be managing our summer crews and train them in accordance to our newly crafted SOP and having the autonomy to improve procedures for TSA. 

Brainstorming of ideas, EDMs, business development & structuring social media and marketing planners, assisting to create marketing campaigns with major outreach partners (Grab/Foodpanda/Deliveroo) (Shopee , Lazada, Fave) for coupon flash deals, with clear direction and duplicating marketing activities across different platforms.

• Market penetration - Research on areas where we can extend our market share and on different channels, coordinate outreach programs and develop relationships with key account managers. 

• Webpage Design - Assisting Mass comms exec with design front/backend website enhancements for enhanced customer experience in our pages.

• You would like to be given real tasks and work directly with managers from forecasting figures or to mitigate crisis management from customer complaints or staffing issues, you will learn real-world concepts and projects first-hand from us!
