About the Role
The Solutions Space (TSS) is looking for a motivated Digital & Telemarketing Intern to join our growing recruitment and HR consulting team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital outreach, lead generation, and marketing communications — all from the comfort of your home.
You’ll work closely with our consultants to support client engagement efforts, create awareness for our HR and recruitment services, and contribute to marketing campaigns that connect talent with opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on warm leads
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns — including email outreach, social media posts, and basic content updates
- Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate contact and call records
- Support the team in lead generation, appointment setting, and client follow-ups
- Help monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare simple reports
- Participate in virtual meetings, brainstorming sessions, and campaign planning
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with phone-based outreach and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, social media platforms)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently from home
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in marketing and recruitment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
