Legal Summer Intern (Final Year Students, Fresh Grads, Master Candidates)
What you will be doing
- Provide assistance to local businesses including drafting terms and conditions, NDA's, Vendor agreements
- Maintain standard of corp governance
- Maintain data protection policies
- Assist with regulatory filings
- Attending meetings with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support Govt outreach
What we would like to see
- Final Year Student, Fresh grad or Master Degree in Law, or equivalent
- Able to commit to a minimum 3 months internship
- Strong understanding of legal terminology
- Responsible and dependable on tasks including attention to detail
- Self driven and passionate about delivering quality work
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- have prior contract drafting experience (preferred but not required);
