Job Description

Sales Support Associate (3 Months Contract)


Responsibilities

  • Assist sales manager on crawling of leads and leads management in Pipedrive CRM
  • Follow up closely with inbound leads on their queries via call/email until they sign up
  • Preparation, configuration and on-site installation of Oddle Payment Terminals
  • Conduct on-site customer training on how to troubleshoot common problems
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as requested by sales manager

 Requirements:

  • At least diploma holder
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with customers who can only communicate in Mandarin
  • Highly communicative with a pleasant personality
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Customer service experience in any tech company will be a plus
