Lead Generation Telemarketer (PT) - Students welcome!


About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join us as a Lead Generation Telemarketer. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people and is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales outreach. You will be making cold calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and helping to generate leads for the team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
  • Promote products/services and generate sales appointments
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
  • Schedule appointments for the Business Development team
  • Log call outcomes, responses, and key feedback accurately
  • Stay consistent with daily outreach and follow-up efforts to meet activity targets
  • Work closely with the team to improve call quality and conversion strategies over time

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • No prior experience required, just confidence, curiosity, and coachability
  • Comfortable speaking over the phone and handling objections
  • Strong sense of responsibility to complete call lists and meet daily outreach goals
  • Open to feedback and driven to improve
