Job Description

Have an innate ability to bring a smile on the faces of people around you? Join our Happiness Team!

  • Be the central communication channel between restaurant partners and Oddle and tackle general enquiries, queries & feedback about our product and services
  • Coordinate and communicate within Oddle before replying to restaurant partners with prompt, satisfactory, and accurate responses
  • Champion restaurant partners’ concerns or feedback to Oddle
  • Log down Frequently Asked Questions with appropriate solutions
  • Relay news on product releases or technical issues to our restaurant partners
  • Service our restaurant partners regionally (Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and others)


If you,

  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally. (People-persons, we’re talking about you!)
  • are passionate in helping others succeed and take pride in their successes
  • are highly self-motivated and self-driven with the ability to learn fast and think on your feet
  • exude positive vibes
  • are extremely meticulous
  • are Tech-savvy (This is an advantage. You might have no experience with technical tools, but you can pick it up as if you own it!)
