What you will do:
Play a key role in post-sales services to merchants and support the Singapore Customer Success team
Assist in on-boarding of merchants which include providing training for the merchants on how to use the system, system deployment, set-up menus for merchants
Provide customer service and support to merchants throughout their journey using our solution
Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Be able to commit 3 months or more (full-time or part-time basis)
Self-driven with the ability with start and get things done
A natural people person who possesses a good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin/Malay to communicate with Chinese or Malay speaking merchants
Good organising and management skills to multitask under pressure
Creative problem solving skills
Customer-oriented, cheerful and a positive attitude
Be interested in the Food & Beverage industry in Singapore
