The Nuggets Academy is a fast-growing learning centre in Hougang that helps students build confidence in Math, English and Science through bite-sized teaching, engaging lessons and a nurturing environment.
We’re known for helping struggling learners make real progress, and we’re expanding our content and media team. Our social channels reach thousands of parents weekly, and we produce educational videos, behind-the-scenes content and fun snippets from centre life.

We’re looking for a creative, fast-learning social-media intern who loves filming, editing and turning ideas into engaging content. If you enjoy storytelling, kids, education and TikTok/IG reels… you’ll fit right in with us.
What you’ll do
Plan and storyboard reel ideas with our team
Film content at our centre (teachers, students’ hands-on activities, behind-the-scenes, short lessons)
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
Create simple thumbnails, captions and IG story sets
Post, schedule and track performance weekly
Brainstorm fun new content angles that parents and students will enjoy
What we’re looking for
A levels / poly / uni student or young creator who can shoot and edit confidently
Comfortable using your phone/camera for filming
Familiar with CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut
Good sense of pacing, storytelling and what’s “hooky”
Able to commit at least 15–20 hours per week
Enjoys a friendly, fast-moving, kid-focused environment
What you’ll learn
Real-world content strategy and planning
How to produce scroll-stopping short-form videos
How to manage a full content pipeline (idea → shoot → edit → publish → analytics)
Exposure to education marketing and branding
