Job Description
  • Community Building and Outreach
    • Act as the community point of point for all customers attending Living Menu's sessions
    • Plan and organize collaboration activities with external parties in product outreach


  • Customer Relationship Management & Marketing
    • Develop CRM strategies and execute plans to meet company objectives
    • Plan and execute CRM related activities for the ultimate Living Menu's culinary experiences
    • Work closely with the internal design team on marketing and branding collateral.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback systematically for constant product and experience improvement.
    • Manage the company's social media activities together with the internal content team


  • Client Servicing & Logistic Planning
    • Liaise with Operations for all logistics and events launch.
    • Liaise with the logistic partners to ensure logistic fulfillment
    • Act as the liaison for all customer inquiries.


Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command in communication, negotiation, writing and presentation skills. An eloquent public speaker.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Hospitality, Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in food catering or corporate food retail business a big plus
  • Outgoing and extrovert personality
  • Love for cooking or food a big plus
