Job Description

Internship Guy is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Partnerships Director responsible for maximizing a sponsorship and partnership budget of $200,000 USD to drive high-quality tech and university talent lead generation through world-class partnerships. This role will be key to establishing and activating collaborative relationships with niche, large, and emerging tech community organizers, event agencies, recruiter networks, and university talent platforms globally.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify, vet, and prioritize partnership opportunities with organizations such as tech networking groups, event companies, university career offices, and specialized recruiter agencies in the US, UK, Europe, and Asia.

Develop, negotiate, and sign partnership or sponsorship agreements that deliver scalable talent lead generation channels and measurable ROI.

Own outreach and relationship management with all current and prospective partner organizations to ensure exceptional engagement and successful talent lead generation.

Provide actionable recommendations for process optimization and future strategic growth in employer branding and talent acquisition.


Requirements:

Preferable track record in B2B partnerships, business development, talent/recruitment marketing, or events sponsorship.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Entrepreneurial drive with data-driven decision making.

Existing industry relationships and high credibility with senior talent networks and/or tech event organizers is a strong plus.
