The Helping Hand is a halfway house in Singapore dedicated to supporting ex-offenders in their journey of restoration and reintegration into society. Through our 4-Fold Therapy model, we seek to rebuild lives, restore relationships, and create opportunities for lasting transformation.
Our Partnerships and Outreach team works to change the way people and organisations think about and engage with ex-offenders. We hope to grow confidence among partners in working with our residents, and contribute to a stronger, more compassionate ecosystem that lifts people even when they fall.
At the heart of our work is a deeper purpose: not only to support rehabilitation, but also to share stories of restoration that inspire hope. We believe that difficult personal change is possible, that broken family relationships can be restored, and that society can become more resilient and redemptive.
As a Marketing & Communications Creative/Design Intern, you will support the Partnerships and Outreach team in shaping how The Helping Hand tells its story. You will work across different functions, including Social Work, Finance, and our Work Initiatives, to support marketing efforts for our programmes and businesses, and help amplify stories of transformation among our residents, partners, and community.
You will report directly to the Partnerships Manager.
