Job Description

The Events Artery is seeking a Marketing + HR Intern to assist us in conceptualising and creating marketing campaigns as well as working with our HR Manager to engage our team.
You will gain first-hand experience of life in a creative agency and report directly to our General Manager. We're looking for an individual with knowledge of the social media sphere, meticulous in nature and able to think conceptually.

1. SOCIAL MEDIA


The student will work closely with our Marketing Manager on the following:
• Write unique content and maintain daily activity and posting schedules for our social media sites.
• Work with internal and external marketing professionals to manage the company’s digital assets, social sites and databases in a business context.
• Create videos, GIFs and social media posts to show off our internal activities / events for marketing purposes.

The job scope also goes beyond graphic and video editing work, to include keeping track of social media marketing calendars and human resource management of our team which involve using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

2. HUMAN RESOURCE


The student will report directly to the General Manager for the following duties:
• Maintain and assist correspondences and administrative matters for our team
• Create and implement plans for our team engagement efforts – such as staff training and social activities.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Independent and creative.
2. Must possess a solid understanding of the social media universeand ability to use Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects. All software will be provided by us, but you will need to bring your own laptop.
3. Strong written communication skills are necessary, with an emphasis on grammar/spelling excellence.
4. Experience with HTML is a bonus!


REIMBURSEMENT:
1. $600 monthly allowance
2. $50 mobile allowance
