Job Description

We are looking for a high-potential Engineering Intern who wants real exposure to sustainability-driven industrial projects across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

This is not a typical internship where you are limited to routine support tasks. You will work directly with the Director on projects involving industrial sustainability, environmental engineering, and emerging technologies.

You will gain first-hand experience in how engineering solutions are developed, proposed, and implemented in real industrial environments.

Projects may involve areas such as:

  • Industrial process optimisation
  • Wastewater and environmental treatment systems
  • PFAS transition and regulatory-driven engineering
  • Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) initiatives
  • Industrial sustainability and energy transition solutions

What You Will Work On

As an Engineering Intern, you will be involved in meaningful project work, including:

  • Conducting technical research and feasibility studies for engineering solutions
  • Supporting engineering analysis and process optimisation studies
  • Assisting in the preparation of technical proposals and project presentations
  • Performing market, technology, and regulatory research
  • Supporting project development and engineering strategy discussions
  • Participating in client and partner meetings when relevant
  • Assisting with data analysis and project documentation
  • Occasionally joining site visits or project discussions for real-world exposure

Who We Are Looking For

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong interest in sustainability, environmental engineering, or industrial innovation
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn beyond textbook engineering
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Good communication and presentation abilities
  • Open to occasional site visits or project exposure

What Makes This Internship Different

  • Direct mentorship from the Director
  • Exposure to international engineering projects across SEA and the Middle East
  • Opportunity to see how engineering solutions translate into real commercial projects
  • Opportunity to work in a growing consultancy environment
  • High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role
  • Hands-on experience in technical, commercial, and sustainability-driven engineering work

If you are serious about building a career in industrial sustainability, environmental engineering, or energy transition, this internship will give you early exposure to the real-world challenges and opportunities in the industry.
