Asia-Pacific Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Coalition (AMTC) - The Asian Trade Centre
The AMTC brings together a diverse group of MSMEs drawn from across Asia to leverage on the strength in numbers to get better outcomes for companies and create a better cross-border trading environment for smaller firms.
MSMEs serve as potential engines for economic growth in the Asia Pacific. They account for 96% of all enterprises and employ 62% of the labour workforce.
Small companies can and should have greater influence on trade. Hence, the AMTC will help them do this and overcome challenges such as the lack of networks and access to governments and consequently, help them compete with larger corporations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of strategies that will build lasting and meaningful digital connections with coalition members
- Maintain an active presence on social media for the Asian Trade Centre and AMTC (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters, e-flyers, promotional emails for dissemination through various channels
- Provide and implement creative ideas for content marketing
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (I.e. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Requirements
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive, Membership Executive or similar role.
- Keen understanding of digital and traditional marketing concepts, best practices
- Experience with Business to Business (B2B) social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns
- Critical thinking skills to harness digital marketing for the growth of AMTC
- Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) and interpersonal skills
- BSc/BA or Diploma in Marketing (Candidates with other relevant qualifications will be considered)
Desirable:
- Experience in creative content writing
- Experience in harnessing SEO/SEM strategies to widen outreach
- Experience of working collaboratively with external agencies and partners.
- Experience of working in a commercial environments with a focus on building brands
- Experience of working in the development of new digital projects or products
Note: Potential to convert role into a full-time one after 6 months of work.
