Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities for corporate events, roadshows, brand activations, and private events.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and partners.

  • Actively conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms to expand the company’s client base.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and machine recommendations tailored to client requirements.

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Track and report sales pipeline, leads, and revenue performance.

  • Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry networking events when required.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in events, entertainment, or hospitality industries.

  • Proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with sales targets and KPIs.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

  • Experience in event management or event sales is a strong advantage.
