Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in planning, organizing, and executing events, providing invaluable skills in event management and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing various events.
• Coordinate event logistics with stakeholders.
• Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective planning.
• Support communication efforts with all stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
• Provide on-site support during events, which may include setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative event ideas and themes.
• Assist with marketing initiatives
• Any other ad-hoc duties
