We are looking for high calibre candidates to join our Factory Team on a 6 months Internship Program. If you aspire to develop your career in Manufacturing and be part of a transformational program, we welcome you to join our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support Documentation and activities completion on time for WCM re-start
- To support the WCM pillars for the work
- Run risk assessments on machines to support SH pillar
- Carry out 5 S Audits to ensure work area is organized
- Run project for visual management for different machines to publish key indicators
- Do the CRONO analysis for mapping factory total waste
- Help in setting education and training room with E & T pillar
Prerequisites:
- Good academic results
- Strong personal drive to thrive well under pressure and changes
- Result-driven individual
- Seek to develop yourself and committed to develop others in the organization
- Resourceful and agile thinking
Working Hours: 8.00am – 4.40pm
