Job Description 

We are looking for an exceptional business builder to join our team in Singapore. This is a full-time position – Manager, Business Development - reporting to Director – South East Asia. We are looking for a team player with high entrepreneurial spirit & a track record of achieving breakthroughs. You will join our global team & will be accountable for building a solid sustainable BD plan, robust pipeline & delivering on top line growth for the South East Asia region.

B2C:

• Manage existing relationships with schools, tuition centers, consultants, private clubs/groups in Singapore
• Develop new relationships with potential partners in Singapore and across the region
• Develop creative strategies to integrate the TestRocker solution to help meet partners various goals
• Be proactive in coming up with creative business development opportunities to help TestRocker hit sales goals
• School/B2B2C Partnerships:
•  
• Develop strong relationships with High School Counselors at international and local schools
• Develop relationships with teachers, parents and students at these schools
• Develop effective sales tools & make powerful presentations to leading schools
• Attend conferences and tradeshows as required
• Answering sales queries and giving product demonstrations
• Develop relationships with teachers, parents and students at these schools
• Weekly reporting on sales and relationship development to Director – South East Asia

Desired Skills & Experience 

• Bachelors Degree preferably in business or marketing (Any further education a bonus)
• Prior sales & marketing experience is needed
• Willing to travel 25% of the time
• Familiar with SAT and the U.S. education system
• Self motivation and can-do attitude
