Job Description

With some exciting projects in the pipeline for APAC, Ten Group is looking for a Partnership Executive (Intern) to join the Global Benefits & Offers Team in our Singapore office.

As a Dining Partnership Executive within the Global Benefits & Offers team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Procuring new and exciting benefits and offers for our corporate clients and concierge, with a key focus on the Vietnam market
  • The ability to work to pre-agreed targets and spot when strategy change is required to ensure targets are achieved
  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • Ensure the best possible supplier base is in place to enable us to continuously deliver on our corporate customer’s and concierge requirements
  • Monitor redemption and demands of a product/service to understand the customer base
  • To confidently and professionally manage customer redemption requests
  • Spotting opportunity for growth or innovation

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will, aside from being a native (or fully bilingual) speaker of Vietnamese;

  • Be great at building relationships
  • Be commercially minded
  • Have excellent negotiation and sales skills with a focus on achieving targets
  • Be highly organised and have excellent communication skills
  • Be passionate about understanding both our corporate clients and concierge needs whilst looking to spot opportunities to add more value
  • Have previous experience in procuring and negotiating benefits and offers and have a broad knowledge of the key suppliers in the dining industry across Vietname (desirable, not essential)
  • Have a passion for working in a business that places customer service at their core as well as commercial success.
  • Be a natural commercial drive and innovation, always seeking new opportunities with suppliers and creativity with the procurement of benefits/offers produced.
  • A natural networker who can drive and develop new and existing relationships.
