Teckwah runs packaging printing manufacturing and logistics operations in Singapore and regional office. We are seeking a proactive HR Intern to support our Learning & Development initiatives. The intern will be responsible for transforming our On-the-Job Training (OJT) blueprints into engaging video-based training content. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR processes, instructional design, and multimedia content creation within a corporate environment.

Job Description
  • Study existing On-the-Job Training (OJT) blueprints to understand the training content and objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR and department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the content is accurate and aligned with training goals.
  • Draft scripts and storyboards to guide the video recording process.
  • Record and produce high-quality short videos, ensuring visual and audio clarity.
  • Suggest creative ideas to make training videos more engaging and effective.
  • Create subtitles to support bilingual learning, ensuring videos are accessible in both English and Mandarin.
  • Organise and maintain a digital repository of training videos and related materials.
  • Assist with other HR initiatives as needed, gaining exposure to broader HR processes.
