tatothoughts is seeking a creative and trend-savvy Marketing Intern to join our vibrant team. You’ll collaborate on compelling campaigns for our baked potato brand, produce high-impact digital content, and immerse yourself in real business experience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food, social media, visual storytelling, and youth culture in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation: Develop engaging graphics, videos, and social posts that fit our brand image and resonate with younger, urban consumers. You’ll brainstorm in team sessions, then turn fresh ideas into materials for digital, print, and event use.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate on planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives—including events, promotions, influencer partnerships, and build-your-own menu activations.
• Trend Research: Stay ahead of local and global food, design, and youth trends. Your insights help guide our marketing tactics and style choices.
• Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and monitor posts on major channels, replying to customers, and reporting performance metrics to track engagement and growth.
• Quality Standards: All content should meet tatothoughts’ standards for clarity, consistency, and impact (see below).
• Administrative Tasks: Assist marketing leads with scheduling, campaign tracking, basic data analysis, and events management.

• Creative & Trend-Driven: Naturally curious, quick to spot what’s new in youth culture, food, and digital marketing.
• Quality-Focused: Delivers polished, on-brand, error-free content—whether graphic design, copy, or presentations.
• Good Communicator: Able to present ideas confidently to peers and managers.
• Social Media Savvy: Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Team Player: Enjoys working in fun, collaborative environments.
• Organized & Reliable: Manages time well and meets deadlines, even during busy event cycles.
• Experience with graphic/video tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut etc.) is a plus but not required.

• Visuals: All designs must use approved brand colors, logos, font styles, and maintain high resolution. Drafts are reviewed by marketing leads for clarity, appeal, and originality.
• Copywriting: Text should be concise, trendy, and free of grammatical mistakes. Must align with Tatothoughts’ energetic, inclusive brand voice.
• Content Review: Every project receives clear briefs, project guidelines, and feedback from an in-house mentor. Interns have regular check-ins and collaborative reviews to ensure alignment and learning.
• Feedback & Growth: Routine feedback and mentorship help you grow as a marketer—take initiative and learn from each project.
