• Create content and curate them for digital marketing channels where relevant

• Work with the design team to produce design assets for content, campaigns and activations

• Monitor trends in social customer service approach, best practices, and tools, experimenting with new trends and applications

• Manage social media platforms 

• Optimizing of campaigns and budget 

• Assist with digital reporting, end of campaign reporting

Requirements

• Possess good command of English and a bonus if you are bilingual too

• Creative with a strong sense of aesthetics

• Familiarity with media platforms

• Interest in upskilling and personal development

• Understanding of digital marketing and good grasp of the digital and content ecosystem

• Process-driven, with good attention to detail

• Strong team player who is responsible, able to work independently and meet deadlines
