- Handle receipt and arrange for payments.
- Input invoices received from Local Vendors
- AP invoice EDI
- Check and tally monthly Export/Import/General Expenses submitted against Tariffs and Rates in the system.
- EDI monthly reports into system.
- Obtain and compile Estimates and Certificates from Disbursement account and tally to invoice
Job Requirements
- Nitec or Diploma in Accounts
- 0-2 years of accounts payable experience is preferred
