Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) is one of Singapore’s largest multi-disciplinary hospitals with 173 years of pioneering medical care and development. The hospital has 45 clinical and allied health departments, 16 specialist centres. Support the execution and logistics of Organisation Development (OD) initiatives and events, primarily around the areas of change management, culture building, engagement, team performance and organisation learning.
Support data collation, analysis and reporting through harvesting of data at focus group sessions, interviews and surveys. Using data, support the development of visual representations for management reporting.
