As you work with clients ranging from MNCs to startups, see what happens behind the scenes of these companies. Get direct access to HR and understand what candidates they look out for, application processes and career secrets. Help them build their employer brand and showcase their company’s unique story. Above all, create something that can change the lives and career paths of millions of millennials all over Asia.
Exciting responsibilities:
Lead generation – Brainstorm and experiment with different lead generation strategies and target markets. Generate potential new B2B client leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold emails and calls, lead generation tools.
Convert leads into client engagements – Identify prospect’s challenges, concerns or business potential and how TalentTribe can add value to their business priorities.
Develop pull marketing strategy – Develop a strategy and campaign to build TalentTribe’s employer branding authority. Plan, manage and implement B2B marketing initiatives to drive engagement with prospects.
Streamline sales process – Take on the role of a consultant as you analyse, strategise, experiment and execute improved sales management operations for greater efficiency.
Think out-of-the-box for innovative ideas – Customer value proposition, initiatives to further value-add to each client, win-win ways that TalentTribe can support each other, improve product offerings and build customer loyalty.
Knowledge building – Develop in-depth knowledge and updates of key trends in the HR industry. Gather feedback from prospects and clients, for continuous improvement of TalentTribe’s value proposition, service offerings and product development.
Forge strategic partnerships – Identify opportunities for win-win partnerships. Establish new relationships and partnerships with key institutions for strategic business growth and development.
Learn and grow alongside our TalentTribe team, and share best practices with the team.
About you:
Confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to independently speak to C-Suite, directors and senior industry professionals
Competent in the art of persuasion and negotiation
A true blue go-getter
Resourceful and stubbornly persistent in your mission to achieve sales targets
Passionate and bright attitude, with an ability to learn fast and act fast
Able to bring exciting and fresh ideas to the team, and deliver work of excellent quality
Prior sales experience is a bonus, but fresh graduates with the right attitude and aptitude are welcome
Singaporean applicants preferred as this roles requires intimate knowledge of local talent and the local market
This is a full-time position. However, if you are looking for an internship position, we are happy to see if we can work something out.
