Tactica Hospitality is a hospitality consultancy founded in January 2015 by Ilse Wittens (Dutch, Singapore PR), who has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, both at the hotel property level as well as at the corporate level. Ilse’s areas of expertise lie in hotel & resort operations and project management of pre-opening hotel operations.
Tactica Hospitality’s vision is to streamline and improve the operations of small and start-up hospitality companies. For start-up hotel companies, Tactica Hospitality can project manage the pre-opening process.
The approach to any project is in line with the Six Sigma methodology and is to provide clear and structured analysis, develop tools and processes to ensure a high level of service standards while considering the objectives of the respective stakeholders. These goals are accomplished by working closely with the corporate or hotel team members, involving them in the decision making process, and train & coach the teams to ensure the improvements will ‘stick’ in the long term.
Hello, are you interested to be an enthusiastic admin assistant for a hospitality consultant?
The work scope involves i.e. web research to develop training modules, develop / review of Standard Operating Procedures, content development for website, update CRM database etc.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (especially written English)
- MSOffice: PPT, Word, Excel
- Any experience or knowledge of the hospitality is a plus (not a must)
- Any experience with website development is a plus
- Attention to details
