Job Description


  • Convert media files (audio and/or video formats) according to required specifications and file standards.

  • Ensure all converted files meet quality, format, and naming conventions.

  • Organize, label, and maintain a clear filing structure for media assets.

  • Perform general administrative duties to support the project (e.g., documentation updates, tracking sheets, status reporting).

  • Work closely with the project team to ensure timely completion of all conversion tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Nitec qualification is required. 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required; knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus. 

  • Prior administrative experience preferred; media or content-related experience is a plus.

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (must know) and Adobe After Effects (Plus, not compulsory)

  • Basic understanding of media file formats (e.g., MP4, MOV, MP3, WAV) and file-conversion tools.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
