Reporting to Head of Sales, you will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for general sales administration activities.
Your scope of work will include but is not limited to:
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
- Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
- Dealing with and responding to customers' queries about products, orders and deliveries.
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
You should possess a good command of the English and Chinese language with basic knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Excel and Powerpoint). Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
This internship allows for a full-time position upon the completion of your internship duration.
