Job Description

We are looking for a full time intern to work as an analyst with our wealth management team. The candidate will work along with established private banks and financial institutions. 

The candidate will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • An interest in financial products and markets
  • Good mathematical and computer skills
  • Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
  • An honest and trustworthy manner
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to analyse and research information
  • Certification in CACS 1 & 2 is a plus

Tasks would include:

1) Monitoring news that affects the positions in the portfolio.
2) Analytical research on new investment themes which would require fundamental and technical analysis on the markets (training will be provided)
3) Preparing marketing material and pitch books for investor meetings
4) Preparing monthly performance update and newsletter

5) Preparing portfolio review materials, portfolio simulation, construction and maintenance

6) Portfolio construction to include generating and sharing trade ideas with the team
7) Customer relationship management
8) Client event organisation

The candidate will be coached during this 6 month internship to acquire the necessary skills to be a wealth management associate.
