Swiss-Asia Financial Services Pte Ltd – Compliance Intern

The Compliance Intern (the ‘Intern’) is to assist the General Counsel in conducting Compliance reviews and checks for the organization’s activities and ensure that the Company adheres to all relevant regulations set out by MAS as well as any applicable international laws. 

Responsibilities 

• To undertake compliance projects, with the guidance of the General Counsel.
• To revise and update the Compliance Manual comprising compliance policies and procedures.
• To formulate, revise and update compliance policies and procedures to complement changes in legal, regulatory and internal requirements.
• To perform AML/CFT procedures on the Company’s clients as and when necessary
• To assist in special investigations at the request of the General Counsel.
• To supervise and direct the conduct of follow-up on compliance review recommendations.
• To assist in the continued supervision and ensure strict compliance to the Technology Risk Management framework set out by MAS.
