Swimwerks Aquatic Training & Services is established in 2015 with a vision to promote water safety and equip individuals with swimming and lifesaving skills.
With more than 6 years of expertise and collaboration with industry partners, In 2020, Swimwerks Asia Pte. Ltd. was established. We have since expanded our services to the corporate and government sectors.
Swimwerks aim to be the preferred one stop aquatic hub in Singapore and Asia Pacific by the year 2028.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To conduct "learn to swim” lessons for pre-school level and above
- To ensure that safety guidelines and protocols are met
- Responsible for the planning of lessons, keeping track of class attendance, and progression report
- Manage the expectations of customers
- Any other ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the company
REQUIREMENT:
- Min 1 year of experience in related field would be preferred
- Internationally or locally certified swim teaching certifications with teaching experiences in group classes.
- Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma of any field
- Candidates with sports background but no experience may be considered
- Have the passion for swimming, teaching, and love interacting with children
- Able to minimally demonstrate all recognized strokes
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
- Possess a positive disposure with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- Self-motivated, pro-active, positive can-do attitude, Independent, organized, resourceful, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, quick learner, and a good team player
- Meticulous and possess an eye for details
- Love the outdoor environment and being in the pool
- Willing to travel for swimming classes
- Required to work on weekends
