Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise swimming in and around the swimming pool to ensure the safety of members and guests
- Ensure swimming pool regulations are being followed
- Stay alert to emergency condition and perform water rescue, apply first aid when necessary
- Evacuate swimmers safely to seek shelter immediately during lightning alert and/or heavy rain causing poor visibility
- Report any potential hazards, such as broken tiles
Requirement:
- Possess minimum SLSS Lifesaving 3 or Bronze Medallion Award
- Possess CPR/AED or Standard First Aid Certification
- Prior experience in lifeguard duties will be advantageous
- Customer centric, good team player with a positive working attitude
