Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions which includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll, leave, attendance, and admin
- Managing employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines
- Support administrative work for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation
- Responsible for the set up, update and maintenance of the INFO-TECH HRM System
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company
Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Have the knowledge & experience in INFO-TECH HRM System would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Software (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
- Have the integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Strong command of written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, pro-active, positive can-do attitude, Independent, organized, resourceful, able to multi-task, quick learner and a good team player having leadership skills
- Meticulous, highly dependable and possess an eye for details
- We're a fast paced team. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time
- Able to start work in short notice period
