Swimwerks Asia Pte Ltd – Digital Marketing Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build, plan, implement & manage all marketing strategies & activities for the company & its subsidiaries
• Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience
• Create brand awareness for the company and its subsidiaries'
• Monitor market trends, analysis of competitors activities to identify opportunities and provide suggestions for improvement
• Manage the social media accounts of the company & its subsidiaries'
• Manage and improve online contents, considering SEO, SEM and Google Analytics
• Produce reports, company brochures and related marketing materials
• Manage the photography & videography contents of the company & its subsidiaries

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree / Diploma in marketing or any relevant field
• 1 year of experience in marketing would be preferred
• Have the business sense in you (Quick in understanding & dealing with a business situation)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Problem solver & the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous, organized, able to manage your time well and keen eye for details
• Knowledge of MS Office software
• Able to analyse data and statistics
• Hands on experience with marketing software and tools
• Presentation and leadership skills
• An advantage if the candidate have a reference or portfolio of implementing successful marketing strategies
